B) Take advantage of the extremely low inventory and get a fantastic price for your home! C) You will not have a home sale contingency.

3. THE LONG GOODBYE (close date) Typically, contracts have a closing date that is 4-6 weeks out. List during this crazy low inventory, secure a great price and ask for a 3-month close date allowing you time to find your new home.
